I've just passed two days in Turin for a congress on fragile-X syndrome because I'm now working on a related project. The head of this project drove us through the snowcapped valley between Switzerland and Italy and then again through the star-studded Turin city seeking for our naughty "hidden" hotel which finally jumped out at the end of the road without saying "Ah ha, Surprise"!

This congress which has conveyed a vast fields of topic (medical, biological, psycho-social, educative, etc) was held by the European parents-professionals' association. The parents are often there looking forward to new treatment for their children and to a better psycho-social supports, while the professionals are often there to meet patients, colleagues and especially seeking for research collaborators. I was there for experiencing everything.

Surely I didn't stay all the time in the congress center. But my outside wandering was nearly nothing: I got only several hours to "officially" have a breakfast outside (for some reasons) and to have a quick look at the city. Beautiful buildings and beautiful persons (really stylish and hot), beautiful weather,no rushing ... Really, I just want to say, It's about nothing but a warm and loose smell and energy of life. Something streamed down from the past, from the time.
